Half the amount of cheaper stuff

I ordered 2 boxes of microlax total of 8 capsules, and received 4 capsules of a cheaper, different make loose in an envelope. Then they had the nerve to offer a partial refund for a so-called Pharmacy dealing with medication. It is a joke. Do yourself a favour and avoid MHS.

Deceived by ebay posting.

Myself and several other were deceived by a mspharmacy1 posting on ebay where the price for an ointment was accompanied by a picture of 3 tubes. mspharmacy1 claim that the stated price was for just one tube.
The negative feedback they received over time from several customers was ignored, and they continued with the same posting which they knew was misleading. Shame I cannot leave zero stars!

I ordered some spectacle wipes through…

I ordered some spectacle wipes through Amazon and the boxes were packed in an envelope. On arrival the boxes were completely squashed and the wipes were floating free in the envelope. Amazon should stop directing customers to the clearly incompetent MHS pharmacy. MHS pharmacy have the nerve to require postage to be paid for returns. I emailed them but have received no reply.

Liars

Liars. Avoid.
I ordered aloe vera gel from this company via amazon, I was told it would take about a week to arrive.
I kept getting email saying it had been despatched and would be delivered by royal mail by 13th March.
On the 13th they sent email saying it would be delivered by 8pm so we stayed in to get the delivery.
They then sent an email saying there was a problem with the delivery and it would take another week.
I waited a couple of days and then phoned to ask where it was, they said royal mail had lost it.
Lies. They never sent it.
When I went to amazon to put in a complaint they had already refunded my money, so they wasted my time thinking I had a confirmed order and they wasted a day of my life waiting in for a delivery that they had never sent.
