I am around 6 months in to my 12 month laser and medication programme. The results are truly incredible and I still have 6 months left. I didn’t realise how much had changed until I had my review with dean. I no longer hide my hair under hats as it’s grown back so much that I don’t need to. Looks like it never left. Facility is great, lovely area, staff are really kind. I would highly recommend. It actually works!

MHR Clinic do what they say they can do. Very informative information and researched treatment. My hair has grown back in all areas. From somebody who has a genetic issue with hair loss, I am very very pleased. Remember a shampoo isn't going to solve hair loss. A great and simple experience.

After experiencing signs of alopecia at a fairly young age I decided to try and do something about it and luckily I ended up at a clinic that not only promised great results but delivered! Very pleased with the general experience. It was a pleasure.

I went to the Manchester MHR Clinic for a consultation. The consultant explained how hair loss worked, and then put a camera on my head which showed I still had small hairs that could grow. He recommended a course of LLLT and some medicine. I've kept up with the course for four months now and just had my first review. I've nearly moved from a Norwood 3 to a Norwood 2, and I'm only a third of the way done!

My hair was bothering me this time a year ago. I searched locally for a solution, and found 2 credible companies - one offering a consultation with a surgeon for a hair transplant and the other was MHR which offered a laser therapy solution.

The consultation with Dean was pleasant, and he explained the science behind hair loss and showed some case studies of results from his patients. It was reassuring to hear that I didn't need a transplant and success rates at the clinic are high. I decided to give it a go at half the cost of a full transplant.

I'm close to the end of an 8 month period of monthly laser sessions (due to the distance I live from the clinic). Ideally the treatment would occur over 4 months going in every two weeks. The clinic is friendly and personable and you go in, sit in a room under an infra-red lamp for 40 mins per session. During the treatment period (and forever afterwards) you are on prescribed medication - Finasteride and Monoxidil 10% conc (which you cannot buy without a prescription). As part of the treatment plan, you'll also receive a hair band (worth about £800) to keep the stimulation at home and a bunch of other supplements and hair products.

I had my end assessment today. The results speak for themselves when you compare photos from day 1 and 8 months in. At the end of the programme, my hair is visibly thicker, to the extent it no longer bothers me.

MHR is a credible and professional clinic, backed with visible results. The only thing required of you is to religiously keep taking the tablets and using the hairband between appointments - self discipline is key.

I began to noticeably thin from the age of 20, and after 27 years, I decided to be a bit more proactive. I was considering surgery; all of the Turkish clinics I spoke to told me I required 3 - 5000 grafts. So it was nice to get an honest assessment, being informed that surgery was unnecessary and likely detrimental.

I embarked on a 4 month course including LLLT, and I have to say, the results have been impressive. I'm open about my treatment, having shown a few friends the before and after photos, they were equally amazed. My barber seems to have noticed the change as well! I'm actually really thankful for the outcome as I could have made a terrible mistake going straight for surgery.

If you're a person who is thinning or balding and considering your options, then this is the place to come to first and foremost. Highly recommended.

Losing your hair at any age can affect your confidence but as a naturally shy 25 year old, it was a massive blow when my hair was badly falling out

During the initial appointment mark explained why my hair was falling out, the treatment and what to do but also explained why it would work and he was exactly right

Him and Diane have been a pleasure to speak to, always responded to any enquires and made sure I have had enough of the medication at all times and I’m so surprised how simple it’s been to follow

The results only after 4 months are life changing and I have so much more of my confidence back, all my friends and family have seen the difference in my hair and I no longer have to hide my hair with hats and hoods

I’ve always had a preference for longer hair growing up. My wife even said she wouldn’t have married me if I was bald.
Creeping ever closer to my 40s, I started to notice my hair thinning. Rather than going straight for surgery, I wanted to know if I could reverse it, and that’s where I came across MHR.

The team at MHR are very knowledgeable about this stuff and advised that some medication and treatment can successfully restore hair growth. The treatment is dead simple; take some pills, apply some topical ointment to your scalp and sit under a laser once a fortnight. It’s worked a treat. I am delighted with how my hair is thicker and stronger.

The results are great, everyone at MHR is dead friendly and it’s a lot less onerous than hair transplant surgery (although they do offer this service if required). They have a very impressive portfolio of results

I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to improve the quality and thickness of their hair, in a more natural way than hair transplant surgery, which I didn’t realise had so many limitations.

Have been wanting to do something for years about my hair and I’m delighted I went with MHR Clinic. I did the 12 month plan and results have been excellent. I have been coming to MHR for a few years and after completing an initial 12 month hair restoration course, decided that I would proceed with FUE surgery. It has been 6 months post surgery and I am delighted with the results so far. Others I know that have had the same procedure abroad have commented how natural looking my hairline is. The MHR team are fantastic and are always available to answer any queries. The surgery team on the day were brilliant and the aftercare is excellent. I would highly recommend MHR to anyone thinking about FUE Surgery.

I highly recommend MHR Clinic for hair growth. I've experienced remarkable growth within the last 4 months since my initial consultation with Dean (Wilmslow Clinic). He has been a pleasure to deal with from the beginning and offered clear explanation with alternate treatments as oppose to hair transplant I had in mind at the time. The treatment has been straight forward and works really well when the process is followed. I'm glad I went down this route. The staff at the Clinic have been welcoming and friendly.

I had my consultation in December and from the get go Dean and the entire staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, going into detail about my hair loss and explaining the process of how to start fixing it.

Fast forward 4 months to now having just had my halfway point assessment, I couldn’t believe how much fuller my hair has got and how the corners have started to come back in. Every appointment is smooth sailing and Dean is always available to answer any questions or queries you may have.

The latter is so professional, empathetic, reassuring and knowledgeable that my wife and I immediately formed a good rapport with him He raised my confidence and hope in the proposed treatment.

I would highly recommend the clinic, initially i was slightly apprehensive about attending for a FUE transplant and laser treatment, worried i was being foolish or vain as a middle aged man etc. I have to say i am so pleased with the results so far . The laser therapy and medication alone have made a massive improvement on my receding crown . I’m looking forward to when the hair on FUE transplant come through on my hair line in the upcoming months . My wife and I are nearing the end of our twelve month treatment. I was very sceptical about the whole thing, going, really, just to please my wife. How wrong was I?
The treatment has shown a distinct improvement to my, age related, hair thinning. I now have a much improved head of hair - which should continue to improve.
We have found the staff to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Especially Dean, who is always friendly, cheerful and helpful. A pleasure to have a 'good old fashioned conversation' whilst discussing the treatment.
