My experience with MG Cannon Dorchester was absolutely perfect, took the stress away completely from a non fault accident and got the repairs done efficiently and to the highest standard it looks brand new again! Thank you to all the staff for doing such a good job and Lucy for being so helpful and knowledgeable and reception staff were lovely and extremely attentive .

Outstanding level of service

Non fault accident repair
MG Cannon completed a repair on my car following a no fault accident. I struggled to make any headway with my insurance company or the first party's insurance. I took the car into MG Cannon, they gave me an appraisal on the spot and explained exactly how to proceed with ADH,who managed the claim and repair. It took a few weeks to get booked in for the repair and a few weeks to complete it, but it was not urgent so this was not a problem. I assume that ADH would have provided a car immediately if I had needed it.
The repair is now complete and the car is good as new.

Brilliant Customer Service
I used MG Cannon through my insurance company to repair my car after a rear end shunt. They were very helpful with assisting me from start to finish. They collected my vehicle and delivered it back once it was repaired and kept me updated on the repair. Very high customer service, would definitely recommend.

Perfect and timely.
The repair is perfect, and was finished very quickly in response to my request, as I needed my car for an urgent family matter. I was most impressed by the quality and good organisation of their facilities.

Excellent service all round
