Although 120 days is no longer worth it, as this firm is likely to cease trading at the end of 2025. Therefore, the product guarantees are likely to be worthless.

I purchased a double, good-quality mattress. Tried it in the store and it felt good. Unfortunately, I had trouble sleeping for hours on it - too hard. I asked to swap it with the same one of lower density (H2 instead of H3), but I was told they do not have any available and cannot make the swap. Online, I can see the exact mattress in H2 listed as available on the MFO website. The funny thing is that the H2 mattress costs €160 less, so the company would have actually benefited from swapping it.
