I applied for a loan
I applied for a loan. Was told to make 6 weekly instalments and then funds will be released to me. Went in after 6th instalment and was still rejected with a silly reason. They only gain from you but don't help you. Disappointed!!!

Queries dealt with well
I called MFCU with a couple of queries, they were dealt with in a friendly and professional manner by the girl on the phone. Very satisfied.
Robots won’t work
Staff very helpful both in store , online and over the phone . Only thing is that you can’t save over 30K . Banks wanting all the business again. We will have nothing left in time . It will be too late to go back to old ways before we know it .
