Avoid them - Worst Customer Service Ever

Phone cover not as advertised - disgusting green colour - not black. '2 contact us' e-mails ignored so made a 'claim' and requested a refund - refused. Requested they offset cost paid against a higher value garment - refused.
Asked them to review decision - they refused.
They offer the worst Customer Service I have even experienced and I really would urge you not to engage with them as they have no concern for their customers and their reputation of the company as represented by the quality of their goods. THE WORST EVER

Resolution Claim is a Robot

Claims appear to be answered and resolved robotically. My complaint with the hat colour "Navy" did not match the website colour resulted in getting a replacement hat the same colour! This after I requested another colour (Green) if they could not supply the lighter blue per their site. I also requested the other embroidery "The Myth" but this didn't happen either. The problem is the Navy is a blue/black with little difference to the other Black cap I ordered. I now have 3 hats of the same colour!!! Here is the example of the robotic response I got; "We take your concerns very seriously but unfortunately for replacements we cannot offer exchanges because our products are printed on-demand, specifically for your order". How does an issue get resolved replacing the problem with the problem!
Post this Post: Within 24 hours of this post Mfamilybox responded with the resolution to supply a substitute colour and I believe embroidery. Credit goes to the company to address shortcomings in their claims process and hopefully greater attention will be paid to customers product concerns going forward. I have changed my 1 star with a 5 star rating.

My husband wore his hat right away and…

My husband wore his hat right away and loves it. I'm saving the other four for our grandsons for Christmas. I got them in a timely manner and they are of very good quality. Worth the price. I just ordered another one like the ones I ordered a year ago. I ordered three last year.

I would give them 0 stars if I could

I would give them 0 stars if I could. The Legend series of hats are a rip-off. While they refer to them as "Legend" hats in ads and your order confirmation, when the hats arrive you find they've intentionally misspelled Legend with a "3" in place of the first "E."

Very nice quality products the shirts and hats are definitely worth the price and the shipping was delivered so quickly you wouldn’t have known there’s a pandemic going on. Great job to your crew and thank you.

I love my new hat

I love my new hat. It was shipped super quick and I received it within a week of having placed the order. The gold embroidered words look beautiful against the black fabric and it’s excellent quality.
