package never arrived! I finally contacted Klarna, they gave me a direct email address and telephone number, and still no response!
This was in March 2024!

bad customer service
After returning my shoes, only worn inside for a day or two, they unfortunately didn't accept them and wouldn't refund me. Some terms & condition issue, so they offered to send the shoes back, but they never did! And after that I never heard from them again.. They're not answering e-mails anymore, nor on whats'app. So I basically lost my money now. Very unsatisfied with the customer serivce. Would not recommend, especially when you look at the prices of the products.
Update: they seem to respond to these reviews as you can see below, however they are still not resolving my issue of not replying to my e-mails and also not sending me the actual shoes or anything..

After two weeks of continuing to contact them for a refund for a fake jacket I still haven't received a response, terrible service and worse customer service, I strongly advise against it, don't buy anything they are scammers, never again in my life😡😡😡😡
