Stay away! The plumber left five minutes after arriving to buy a small standard fitting for my sink even though I sent a photo so they could be prepared for the job. The shopping trip for a max. 50 kr. part took 1.5 hours! When I complained to the boss he told me this is totally normal and acceptable for them. So if you have a 30-45 minute simple job to replace one small fitting you will easily be charged 1.5 hours of "labor" to go shopping no matter how small the job. I have used other plumbers before but this is my first experience of such gross negligence and inefficiency with time and money. I asked for the receipt for this small part but they did not give it to me. It should have been a red flag when they refused to give me an estimate said they only "do by the hour." They called the day before to confirm the appointment and I asked how long they thought it would take (I also had a new gas stove with an existing gas connection to hook up). He told me max 2 hours but now says he didn't say that (I was charged 4.5 hours, + 75 kr./hr servicevogn + 4 hours parking). If you choose to use them, get everything in writing or you will be living your worst plumbing bill nightmare.
