Very good service today from Jake S. Came when he said he would. Respectful of my home - wore shoe protectors even though there was no need! Did a careful job to fix my loo. Replaced the flush mechanism- no bodges like I have experienced with other suppliers. Left everything neat and tidy. Have kept the firm’s details for if I need any private work. Jake was great.

We had a leaking pipe in an awkward area of our hall ceiling causing water to seep down the walls. Dyno plumbing were instructed to attend the next day. Within a short time of arriving Dan Barlow was able to trace the leak through a very small neat inspection hole to an upstairs fitted cupboard and a plan was made to lift the floor and find the pipe. This was all executed so swiftly, with great care of my property and a very professional positive attitude. I was kept informed the whole way and the damage was limited because of Dans expertise, experience and decisive action. Thoroughly recommended and a very happy outcome to an unwelcome situation.

Craig Barker was the plumber who came to fix a leak in the kitchen sink waste pipe. He was polite, friendly and very efficient and also replaced an extra part of the drainage system that had been previously badly fitted. He cleaned everything up and left the area very tidy and working perfectly. Would definitely recommend him and the company.

I received a phone call from Craig Barker informing he would be arriving in 5mins which was perfect timing. Craig was very respectful of my home and automatically covered his shoes before entering. It didn’t take long for Craig to fix the issue with my downstairs toilet and replaced it with a new part and my toilet worked perfectly. Thank you Craig for your first class service!

I had a leak in the toilet cistern and Barry Smith came to fix it. I was kept upto date of his visit and Barry called Just before he arrived. He found the problem immediately and sorted it out.

I was kept informed about the visits of the engineer. The work was carried out and diagnosed correctly initially. The engineer Craig Barker was very good and wore shoe protectors which was very considerate.

Graig Barker called us 15 minutes before arriving and that gave us enough time to prepare for his arrival. He was polite and answered all my questions.

The leaking sink tap in the bathroom was replaced with a new one and the water pressure much better than before. He left the area cleaned up. So thank you.

Water was seeping through my kitchen floors. Steve quickly identified that the kitchen pipe was leaking and about to burst, so he swapped it out for a new pipe. Great service and communication to explain what the problem was.

Billy came to repair a leak in the WC cistern pipe. Seamless service, he got on with it, replaced what was needed and all explained to me. So efficient and polite, absolutely great service!!

Last week I had 2 leaks from the toilet plumbing, one minor which I cleaned up easily and one major. The odd thing is that both leaks stopped themselves, so weren't obviously leaks from pipes etc. After the second leak I isolated the water supply to the toilet and called out Dyno (Metserve) through my British Gas Homecare service. The first available appointment was for a few days later.

On the agreed date, I received a phone call from their engineer, Ethan, telling me he was on his way. When he arrived, I explained what had happened and he examined the cistern and carried out a few checks. I appears that the overflow pipe was set above the lowest point of the cistern body, so if the valve admitting water stuck open, the excess water would spill out of the cistern rather than go through the overflow pipe.

Ethan replaced the inner workings of the cistern and fitted a different overflow system (lower than the lowest part of the cistern body). He offered me a choice of handle or push button operation for the flush, reassembled the cistern and reinstalled it, then cleaned up thoroughly after he had tested the system to make sure it was working properly.

I was very happy with the way he explained what he found and what he was doing and his professionalism throughout. He is a credit to his organisation.
