The Hinshaw/Metron program is an amazing tool to get the best results out of workouts. My conditioning level after a month was greatly improved let alone after 2 months. I’m a Los Angeles City Firefighter and wish I found this programing years ago to not only help with my workouts but at my job as well. I would recommend the program to anyone that wants real and continued results.

All I wanted was to get faster
And I got that and so much more. This program was extremely helpful! The personalized workouts and the app telling you wether you were on the right pace, too fast too slow etc. were some of the best features. It taught me a lot about my running and how to maintain the right pace and consistent pace for the run I was doing each time. I highly recommend it for anyone that runs.
