Proactive advice

Simon contacted me as the paper I had selected wasn't the best option for mounting on 5mm foamex board. Hence I got my prints cheaper

Exceptional print quality

Exceptional print quality, especially with black & white which has absolutely no colour casting whatsoever. Great customer service too, very helpful and friendly. Would fully recommend.

Brilliant prints & great service.

I used the online self-service C-Type photo printing, relatively easy to order on line but with great customer service. A phone call about the paper surface was really unexpected and helpful. Fast turnaround and great prints. I had forgotten how nice a proper print could be, thank you.

Great quality and value

Great colour rendition, super good print quality, captured the colours and contrast of both Fuji and Sony images , very pleased will use again

Image was wrong size, my fault but annoying.

Wanted a 10 x 8 print. Got one, but my image was a 5 x 3 in the corner and the rest was black. Now, I appreciate that I chose "self service" so it is my fault, clearly I got something wrong but it is annoying none the less. The instructions said (I paraphrase) don't chose a size, size it in your software before you upload. I thought I had done this but clearly got it wrong.
Will now have to try again (with a different company)
