metricool is SO BUGGY. It double posted my content and not when I scheduled it, but one was 4h after i scheduled it.. which was really not the intended time for my audience and then AGAIN 12h later.
The App was also stuck in between and I couldn't delete the scheduled posts. They showed as if they had been posted, but were not posted anywhere for hours.
I wanted to unsubscribe after this persisted for 2 weeks now and I just found out that they lowered the price in the last two years and I am paying... more than double comparing how much they are currently charging for this tier. For more than 1 year..
I wrote them a message and even though my subscription renewed only 2 days ago, they will not give me a refund for this period and they will also not return any difference considering the fact I'm paying 250% for this tier still..
I've spent more than 1000 euros on this app and they don't even want to refund a small amount, after being their client for years. Will they treat you better?

Just a quick thank you to the staff at Metricool. I wanted to share my view of a very important part of the overall user experience. Every experience I've had with their help desk has been excellent. I never feel rushed, and my queries are always addressed, even if it means their team researching an issue and getting back to me with a solution. Today it was Jonathan, but I've made more than a few queries on a multitude of questions and the staff has been professional and helpful every time!

They significantly increased their pricing whilst my company was on what we were misled to believe was a trial, and that price increase killed the edge they had on other providers that were previously similarly priced and suddenly became much cheaper. It's a good app, but not worth the extra for small businesses when compared to very similar services from other apps at a significantly lower price. It's hard to not feel that they are price gouging small businesses, focusing instead on agencies who work on behalf of multiple brands. Small businesses can definitely do better than Metricool for the price and functionality at that price-point. Ironically, this was not the case a day or two ago when they seemed pretty good value compared to the competition, but alas no more.

I've had ongoing issues getting Metricool to work for us for several weeks now. I have been on countless support chats with no result. What is most frustrating is when I get on a support chat and we are in an open chat but they take an hour or more to answer one question. Then I respond and it takes another 1+ hours for them to respond. Their support is atrocious. Maybe it the platform works when properly setup but good luck getting anyone with support to do anything for you in any reasonable amount of time.

I've used Metricool now for over a year, and run over 30 different brands from their platform. I think the system is extremely well organized, easy to use, and built to make things as easy and quick as possible, while still offering a lot of depth. They have tools that I haven't seen on other platforms like Autolists that make posting and managing content across multiple platforms much easier. Their stats reporting is also really easy to understand and look at quickly for fast analysis. Also their support team is fantastic, they get back to you right away and almost always solve the problem quickly.

I had to explain the situation several times, involving a code for upgrading from the free plan that advertised a 14-day free trial that I wanted to take advantage of before I started paying for the subscription. It took several emails back-and-forth for someone to understand what I was asking for and granted. All I wanted was for the free trial to be honored and had some difficulty making that happen. Anyways I'm happy to continue being a customer now, but my initial customer service experience with the first two agents was not stellar. Lesly was great though.

Metricool is a great platform, because it allows you to post on YouTube shorts, Facebook, Instagram, AND YouTube shorts. They also have a unified inbox for all four of these platforms!! That's VERY rare for this price. My only complaint is I wish you could delete the comments from the unified inbox, that's the only improvement I could suggest that would make this an absolutely flawless platform with no itches left to scratch. Vanesa from support was also amazing and deserves a raise, helped me with my issue!!

It does not tell you properly when your post limit runs out on the free plan, since it's only calculating the already sent posts.
Metricool also has bugs when embedding links and img/video on bsky - where the link doesn't become clickable.

Probably one of the worst customer support teams. Spoke to 5 different members for ONE issue and had to repeat myself multiple times and still haven’t been able to sort my issue out.

Their customer services is by far the best I´ve encountered when dealing with internet services, paired only by Microsoft´s. Quick, direct and warming expertize lets me know that these folks know what they are doing and they love doing it!

After I started scheduling posts with Metricool, the engagement across all of my accounts completely dropped. It was as if my accounts were now shadowbanned for scheduling content through Metricool.
I find their returns to be very predatory, as they only allow a 15 day return window on a yearly subscription. So once you'd realized the drastic reduction in your engagement, it's already too late to get a refund.
Just not a company that I could recommend as i've reached out to them to explain this and they basically said, tough luck, no refund.

The product is decent, but when I canceled they didn't process the cancel, then charged my card and won't refund. I tried to delete my credit card from their system and they wouldn't allow me to remove it. So plan on a fight to get out.

I used Metricool for multiple accounts. After using it, all of my accounts experienced severe reach limitations and got shadowbanned.
Customer support was extremely disappointing. I reached out for help but never received a response.
This is by far the worst software experience I’ve had. There are many reliable alternatives available—don’t waste your money on this one.
