Exceptional Pet Insurance Company
This is the first time we have purchased pet insurance, & we are incredibly glad we chose MetLife. We adopted a 3 year old Bernadoodle a year ago, & at age 4 he was diagnosed with Addison’s Disease. There have been numerous tests, labs, medications, treatments, & progress checks, as well as two hospitalizations which resulted in a diagnosis that will affect him for life. MetLife representatives have been professional & personable assisting us in filing claims with simple forms & quick responses. Our dog has received the exact insurance coverage we signed up & paid for, & we could not be more pleased with this company. Knowing that MetLife has our dog’s medical needs covered (per the plan we chose) is a tremendous relief. We highly recommend MetLife Pet Insurance.

Not much is covered by this policy.
I don't like that everytime I submit a claim, nothing or very little is covered. Disapointed in Metlife coverage. Are vaccines covered?? illness covered? Just paid $800 to the vet, only $200 was covered

MetLife Pet is Supportive
Our little Pebbles had to be hospitalized as she was in danger of passing. The vet provided us with a medical plan which was definitely, not budgeted for. Needless to say, we approved the medical plan recommended. After a few weeks, we submitted the claim with MetLife Pet and I can say, it was a smooth process. After days of stress caring for our Pebbles, MetLife Pet was there for us supporting us.
