Poor experience

Didn't give us the drinks we paid for as part of the package. None. Despite it being £660 for 4 people, and the booking clearly stating drinks included.

Made us feel terribly awkward when we asked where the drinks were - told they were not included.

Serving staff were off with us therein and made the experience quite poor as a result - with worst attitude that I've had in McDonalds on a Saturday night at 11pm.

Butcher and chefs - superb.
Service and experience overall - poor.

Contacted Method, who agreed the drinks were included but they changed the package AFTER booked, and notify us or offer any other option.

Shocking behaviour.

Not the best 40th birthday present, if I'm honest.
