bought a key for MS Office. Tried for 2 hours to find a solution how to activate. Sent an email to marketing@ metenzi.com a get a Delivery Status Notification (Failure). Than I took a view to trustpilot and .... to late. Lost 40€

SCAMMERS THEY SELL ILLEGAL KEYS AND CLONE CARDS
On December 05, 2024 I purchased a serial key for Office 2024. They sold me an illegal key which has been used more times than intended and in fact this violates the terms of use putting my business at risk.
Another even more serious fact is that a few days later I received an unauthorized charge on the card I used to pay €399.00 to purchase credits on the Twitch platform.
They actually cloned my card details.

As soon as they get your money, the premium support turns to rudeness.

Scammers and Thieves!
when buying single licences they deliver. when you finally send large amout thats when they scam you.
Scammed me out of $1600.
bought multi user licenses that only worked for 1 user.
When you contact them they are so rude and stop responding.
