Scam company

Just yesterday, I received two nice-looking certificates confirming the successful completion of a DevOps internship—and unfortunately, that seems to be their only value. My overall opinion of this course remains strongly negative.

In hindsight, spending £250 on a decent dinner with friends (and paying for everyone) would have delivered far better value. The entire course is purely theoretical lectures, which you can easily find for free on YouTube, plus four (4) very easy labs.

At the beginning, we were told that within 12 weeks of training we would complete 12 labs. In reality, the course lasted 15 weeks and included only 4 labs. There was no feedback or contact from course management at all—just complete ignorance of the students who paid their money.

Therefore, my recommendation is simple: keep your money in your pocket, take free courses on YouTube, and ask ChatGPT to create DevOps labs for you—you will get better results.

I have no complaints about the lecturer. He clearly has real industry experience and knows the material he was presenting. I genuinely wish him all the best, but Metbrains is a huge waste of money.

Clarification on review

To all the viewers, I am writing this to mention that this is not an account of MetBrains. This issue has already been reported to Trustpilot teams and we are working on it.

Hirist is completely a different company and has no association with MetBrains at any ground.

Do not consider this review if in case you are searching for MetBrains

Shady company

The post is misleading. It said it's a paid internship (with a provided stipend) in the UK. Then I received an email to apply to a program offered by Oeson Learning, an indian company that was offering a mentorship you had to pay £250 for. The company was called Hirist before
