I wanted to get my first metal artwork for my wife. The image I chose was her favorite site, The Sisters' Mountains in Oregon. I could not find such a piece of artwork anywhere. Then I read that Metal-Plex could do custom pieces. I sent a photo and Sam with Metal-Plex got to work. We exchanged about 5 sets of emails with slight changes to Sam's rendition. Finally, I said, "We are ready." It was a beautiful piece and I added the forest line to give it depth. I added the led lights and it gives it a nice added touch. I recommend it. The package was received with no flaws- well wrapped and boxed. Thanks Sam and Metal-Plex!

Metal-Plex showed up on my Instagram. After reviewing Metal-Plex’s product choices. I picked one, ordered it with ease and received it on my door step shortly after. It’s exactly what I wanted and easy to install with Velcro. I’ll be ordering another one soon, but which one, is the tough decision to make!!

They are a scam. They sent my art broken and that led tape was stuck to the packaging which ripped off the art. I thought I was getting actual metal but find out is recyclable material. Therefore the art when I received it was broken in the package. I sent it back asking for my money. They said they never got it. Therefore they have kept my money. Not a very good company. They stole my money. I am filing complaints as we speak. Do not buy from them. They're good reviews are probably their family members and Friends.

They make an exemplary product; it looks great in my office.

Also, Sam is a stand-up guy; when I notified him my original product showed up damaged, he promptly mailed me a new one.

This company is absolutely fabulous! I'm not one to leave a review, however I can't pass this opportunity up for them. They were so patient and kind with me. I requested a custom piece and as we know it can be frustrating attempting to do what a customer request. They were so patient and their talents are remarkable. I truly appreciate the great communication. I will definitely be recommending them. Also, for having a customer request Metal-Plex was one in a million find. I searched and searched and had a very difficult time finding someone to do as I was requesting. So thank you so much to everyone involved. You all are wonderful!

I ordered this for my cousin & bride. Celebration of marriage was Sat. They loved the gift & opened the day they got it. Sent picture to his mom & she sent to me. Looks just like advertised. Adam & Hope said they will treasure it for years.
