Set up problems sorted quickly
Have only just started the program but initially couldn’t watch the videos on the app, emailed them and they have sorted it all out straight away and responded quickly. Pleased so far.

Deceptive and confusing instructions
Could not exit program without signing up for their 7 day free trial program that costs $49 a month. I closed the window and did not receive anything. If they bill me for anything I will challenge it on my credit card. Scam!

Ordering is such a long process
Ordering is such a long process. You think that it will be one price, then the up selling starts and just keeps going. So.many add ons that my credit card company called asking if this was fraud. Just lay everything out on simple terms and pricing and let us pick all at once the package that we can afford or want. I still haven't received my power shots and recipe books and something got cancelled and I do not know what that is. Now I have to spend time looking though my credit card statement and match it to all the Emails that were sent to find out what I will be calling Metaboost about.

Tasty Meal and Motivating Workouts
Despite receiving emails every day, I think I still find their meal plans thoughtfully designed, easy to follow, and truly delicious. I've only tried a few of the workouts so far, but they have been enjoyable and encouraging. I give it a "thumbs up."

Overall good experience
I love the way the meals are planned out, easy to make and delicious. I like the daily email, but getting them daily also feels overwhelming. I only have little experience with the workouts but I am enjoying the ones I have done.

I had already been using a lot of these super food concepts before I found this programme. What the programme adds is structure both in terms of what foods to eat together and when to eat, rest, and exercise. I'm happy with my general health and fitness, but the 10 day programme provides an extra boost, and I plan to use it a few times a year whilst maintaining the general concepts throughout the year. Whilst the initial food shopping list is expensive, once you're just topping up, it's quite budget friendly.

Your platform is hard to navigate. And the minute I open the 1st email you’re trying to sell me stuff. Or get me on a subscription. There is constant trying to sell. And all the way through the tutorial it was said many many times NO EXERCISE NECESSARY and yet then you go on and on about exercising. I painstakingly watched for just under an hour of my life I feel I will never get back again just to find out what the 5 super foods that would guarantee losing pounds. I feel I lost pounds shouting at the woman who went on and on and on…………. I paid the £22. And regret it. So many emails to battle through. I am an amputee. I just wanted to get a fat burner. To help me be a little less heavy
