Unfair Account Bans and No Real Support

This is already the second time within a year that Meta
has relied heavily on AI to run its platform, reducing human support while using automation that mass-disables accounts — both those that should and should not be disabled.

Many of my clients have reported that their profiles were suddenly shut down. Personally, I’ve had three of my own accounts disabled for unclear and unreasonable reasons.

At the same time, ads continue running — often with larger budgets — yet there is no proper support or solution for end users to recover their accounts or continue working on Instagram.

By doing this, Meta is damaging its own platform and, more importantly, harming small businesses that rely on social media for their operations. In the long run, this approach will likely push users and businesses toward alternative platforms.

AUTOMATED AI MASS BAN WAVE

I’m extremely frustrated with how my account was handled. My account was suspended for alleged automated or bypassing, (account integration) but I have never used any bots, third-party tools, or automation services at any point.

From my experience, this feels like a false flag caused by normal usage patterns. I was actively using my account, possibly at a higher frequency or from different devices, which may have triggered your system incorrectly. However, all actions were performed manually by me and this did not just happen with one but 5-6 and I cannot make any new accounts because they keep suspending as usual.

What’s most disappointing is the lack of clear explanation or meaningful support. The process feels entirely automated, and it’s difficult to understand what exactly led to this decision or how to properly resolve it.

Those accounts were important to me, and I have always intended to follow Instagram’s guidelines. I am fully willing to verify my identity, secure my account, and comply with any requirements necessary and I have respectfully been asking for a proper manual review of my case and a reconsideration of this decision. If any unusual activity was detected, I would appreciate specific details so I can ensure it does not happen again.

This AI generated responses have caused millions of users business fall and financial crisis and the suicide rates are always going up, kindly fix this and return our accounts, even the most listened radio in Italy got banned, this issue needs fixing asap and the support system should be better. They disabled my FB account for no reason at all

Mata is literally a joke, after taking a survey on Facebook about their services they disabled my account for eternity ! here is what I got from them :

"Your review was unsuccessful

Hi Muhammad,
Your Facebook account has been permanently disabled. You requested a review of this decision, but we still found that your account, or activity on it, didn’t follow our Terms of Service. You can’t request another review."

All they claim is not true, they disabled my account because I told them my honest opinion in the survey. They even disabled all my Facebook pages and even my Instagram account. Some of my pages are business pages and I can't access them again. I spent a lot of money of them and now I don't have any Idea how to access them again, maybe I should shut them down entirely because I'm not willing to use any of the Stupid Meta Services again.

Meta?? Can I stream Live?



Bought Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarer “Gen 2” direct from Meta/Ray-Ban for £459, delivered 14/04/2026. Key advertised feature: livestream to Facebook/Instagram.

It doesn’t work on Facebook Pages. It doesn’t work on instagram pages.
Raised lots of support tickets in the met
— no reply.
Messaged meta on Facebook and was told only Gen 1 can stream…..despite website saying different.

Their own FAQ says the same. Yet my receipt says “Gen 2”. So what did I actually buy?

Messaged Meta and Ray-Ban on socials. Ignored.

Got told to email after previous review. Sent 3 emails with order details. No reply in over a week.

£459 for a product where support can’t even agree what version they sold me, and won’t help when a core feature fails.

From what a lot of websites are saying, you CAN stream with Gen 2 so why can’t I?? Other places saying meta need to enable it and roll out if gradual?

Well enable me, please, Meta, I want to use my glasses to steam, LIVE!

I've used Facebook for over 12 years

I've used Facebook for over 12 years. I'm blocked because I cursed ? Really? I see how Zuckerberg is firing 10 % of his staff every so often. Facebook has become an ad repository over the years. I don't even know if I will be back in that piece of trash social media ever. Honestly when I see what Meta is doing over the years I don't anticipate being back ever.

That's genuinely frustrating — getting blocked for something that minor after 12 years of loyalty is a slap in the face. Your feelings about it make total sense.

Dreadful dreadful experience! I can't even say dreadful service or support because there isn't any service or support! I've had my business for 5 years now, and in every one of those years there's only one thing that's made me want to throw the towel in and quit and that's Meta. And as I sit here tonight at yet another marathon session on the Meta hamster wheel to be followed by the Meta brick wall, I actually find it astonishing how any business can operate like this in today's day and age and think it's okay to do so! The sheer arrogance from within the walls of Meta is quite unbelievable and unbearable, and let me just say, I'm absolutely not a social media hater, I believe social media is a great thing when used in the correct way and can change people's lives for the better, however I also believe, that no matter what, you treat your customers with respect, you repay their loyalty by being there for them when they need you and you help and support them in whatever challenges you're product or platform presents, and most importantly if all, you treat them like a fellow human being, the same way as you would want to be treated, however none of that exists at Meta, it never has, and after 5 years of either being ghosted, or gaslighted, how nieve I am to think that anything at Meta could ever improve! The sad fact of the matter is, it's gotten worse and more so with the advent of AI. So instead of someone from the cult of Meta attempting to push all of the blame for all of the problems on me, we now have a machine that's trained to tell me it understands my frustration! I've got news for you Meta, it doesn't understand, it can't understand, so how dare you program false empathy in an attempt to make the problem go away, and it does go away, because there comes a point in every interaction with Meta where you must step away for the sake of your own sanity and your mental health. Formal Legal Notice - Refusal to Restore Wrongfully Disabled Accounts

am posting this as a final public warning regarding Meta’s systemic failure to address a documented security breach. My accounts @rockw.olanmaaa and @olanmasquietlife were disabled due to an automated error/unauthorized access.

Despite filing a formal Notice of Intent to Sue, a Better Business Bureau (BBB) complaint, and an escalation to the Texas Attorney General, Meta has failed to provide a human review.

This is a direct violation of consumer rights and a failure of Meta's internal security protocols. I have provided government-issued ID and am prepared to proceed with Small Claims Court litigation for the wrongful seizure of my digital property and personal data. I demand an immediate manual audit and restoration.

No effective way to report privacy violations

My experience trying to report a privacy violation on Meta platforms has been extremely frustrating and ineffective. There is no clear or accessible way for adults to report videos that contain identifiable footage of themselves without consent.

I have submitted multiple reports regarding videos where I am clearly identifiable through my face, voice, clothing, and interactions. Despite this, I repeatedly receive generic responses stating that no violation was found, and the content remains publicly available.

This has led to unwanted exposure, harassment, and serious concerns for my personal safety. Any attempts at blurring or minor edits are not enough, as I am still recognizable in the videos.

Meta needs to take privacy more seriously. The current reporting system makes it nearly impossible to get unauthorized content removed, especially when it involves reposted or viral videos across platforms. Users deserve a more effective and responsive system that prioritizes safety and protects individuals from non-consensual exposure.

I have had my account on instagram …

I have had my account on instagram wrongfully suspended now twice in the space of a week. My account @jodieanneuk10 has wrongfully been suspended, the first time meta apologised and said my account follows community guidelines and i was able to use my account again for 6 days, then today the same thing happened!! I have now got to re upload my ID and photo of my face again, after already doing this 6 days ago. This is absolutely disgraceful, I am in talks with my lawyer to sue on loss of earnings and emotional stress. I have the money to take this further and will be doing so. There AI system is ruining people and so many business's so I doubt I’ll be the only person to take it further. If meta doesn’t resolve this issue I can see their business suffering as 10000s of people are publicly posting about the same issues as I have, some with huge public support. I can’t see this ending well for Meta at all. Support your customers and stop treating us like rubbish. Get humans back on your support team and stop using AI
