Simple order, complicated.

I ordered two pairs of NEW DEPP sunglasses and received an email confirming that they had been shipped. After eight days, I still hadn’t heard anything further from you. There was no way to contact your customer service.

Later, you informed me that there were issues with the shipping company and that you would send me new pairs instead. Unfortunately, one of the models had gone out of stock in the meantime, which I reluctantly accepted.

You then shipped the remaining pair, which I was supposed to receive yesterday. I received an email saying that the package had been delivered, but I have not received any sunglasses. Again, there is no customer service to contact for assistance.

How can you operate a business without offering customers any way to call and get an explanation of where their order is?

Almost everything that could go wrong with this fairly simple order has gone wrong.

I’m looking forward to finally hearing from you soon.

I paid the extra to have the speedy…

I paid the extra to have the speedy delivery to the UK, and it still hasn't arrived after 7 days.

FedEx is no help. This is disappointing, as I've previously only had good experiences with MessyWeekend.

Our favourite sunglasses

Our favourite sunglasses! Good quality and good design. Ordered already second time because sadly I lost my best sunglasses this summer - luckily you still had the ones I bought 2 year ago :) and also my husband needed replacements for his Polaroids. So we are happily on a second round and will return also in the future.

I ordered champagne frames with green…

I ordered champagne frames with green lenses which I have bought twice before. Unfortunately and brownish frame with green lenses arrived in a box labeled champagne frames. I guess that can happen but let’s see how quickly this can get rectified

I have honestly had a very poor…

I have honestly had a very poor delivery experience in Germany. My items weren’t shipped To my home address and the website is not clear and despite choosing home shipping it’s sent to the carriers address. Customer service wasn’t great and it took me nearly 4 weeks to get a refund ! I love messy weekend but overall it’s a very disappointing experience
