Onzentende goeie customer service.

Do you remember the days every company had a Customer Service line, or at least a telephone number you could call for questions or issues? This has become increasingly unavailable and I miss it dearly. Sometimes I just don’t have the time nor patience to spend ages seeking a similar answer in FAQ’s - or await an email reply in days or weeks, or ever. And sometimes, with respect to technology and AI, I just crave a friendly and helpful human voice rather than communicate with a digital “agent” bot… And even if you are “lucky” to have a CS phone option, how often have you climbed the wall in 20min and longer waiting lists? Only for the rep to accidentally [or not] hang-up? Well, I’ve happily and smoothly purchased products online with these guys. Recently, I wanted to reach them several times, once to clarify an order I placed, and once to make a special request. Each time I called cost me a minute or two waiting at most. On one occasion spoke to an employee who proved helpful and creative. Second time round the owner helped me out, patiently, courteously, with a very satisfactory outcome. I commend the professional service & business with top old-school attention and dedication. That’s priceless. Kudos. Definitely on my shortlist suppliers in this space.

The customer support is either really slow to answer (usually about 1 week) or completely unresponsive.
