2 Weeks later, I'm a happy man^^
I purchased four items via the website on the 19th of February, after I was able to verify that it wasn't a fraudulent website!
Sadly, there was no review available here so I thought I would add one for the benefit of others.
There's a plethora of brilliant items and articles to be found on this website with fantastic designers and artists behind them (I assume).
I wasn't aware at the time, but the items are sourced from various countries, so my items were made in Germany and China before being sent to Korea.
The delivery fee was inexpensive and each item I purchased seemed to be a very fair price; a combination of mugs and one bottle opener.
The website design had a great layout, with a nice choice of categories to suit various needs. More importantly, I haven't been prithee to such a wide range of impressive, bespoke-like designs for these kinds of prices.
However, the only reason I couldn't give it 5 star was because of the customer service. It was there but slightly delayed. I was surprised to receive support on the weekend, but when I attempted to find out more about the current whereabouts of my items and approximate ETA, I was sadly left in the dark.
It seems the company is rather inundated with service-related issues that keep them from responding within a suitable window. Or perhaps I just got a little unlucky?
Either which way, when a query was made, I did get a response and when the order was finalised, I did receive an e-mail to confirm my address in Korean for the sake of the local postal service.
For this, I can't fault the company. I only wish they were able to provide more details and or responses to questions related to the ETA of my order.
I trust you will have a good experience if you make a purchase; I only hope they provide enough details for you while you wait for the arrival :)
Ps. I was order #5131, so I can only assume there were 5,130 other satisfied customers prior to me^^
