Prime à la conversion = Propagande mensongère

Bonjour,
En juin 2023, j'ai acheté un vélo électrique.
Etant éligible à la prime, je suis allé sur le site de la prime a la conversion du gouvernement, pour accéder au formulaire, (ceci dans les temps), j'ai donc eut un N° d'enregistrement mais je n'ai jamais pu rouvrir mon dossier afin de le finaliser, quand j'ai réussi à contacter les services et suivre exactement les instructions pour soumettre mon dossier,
leur réponse fut:
"vous êtes inéligible à la prime pour dossier tardif".
Quand vous allez régler sur le site du gouv.fr, vous pouvez toujours y accéder et si ce n'est pas fait dans les temps, les majorations tombent, mais dans l'autre sens, il n'y a aucun recours.
C'est de l'achat forcé, une propagande totalement mensongère.
