Shower door issue over the weekend used the online form and called the tech support team Monday. By Tuesday I had two technicians contact me and both with solutions to fix. Spare part sent out with full instructions to replace. My next shower will be a Merlyn. Excellent support best I have experienced in some time.

I spoke with the technical team to resolve a query. I had an instant response, first by phone and then by email. I spoke with a lovely chap named Patrick who resolved everything straight away and kindly offered a replacement as a goodwill gesture - with a very quick turnaround time. The shower itself is perfect. Highly recommend based on their products and customer service (actually nice to speak with someone on the phone rather than automated messages too!).

I could not locate replacement parts online. I emailed Merlyn directly and Patrick Brennan was both very responsive and helpful. Through some exchange of images of the part and the shower he was able to identify exactly what was needed and promptly send the parts out to me.

Great people / company to deal with, high service levels, terrific.

Unbelievable fantastic service…..- our MERLYN 8 series shower was installed almost 20 years ago-and only now did I have an issue. I needed a replacement roller unit. Also hard water had made the bottom rollers scruffy looking ( if still working perfectly)
Unbelievably replacement rollers were not only available but FOUR ROLLERS were sent to me at no cost- WHAT GREAT SERVICE from this Kilkenny company and Bill Muldowney in Service dept. Thank you all so much

MERLYN SHOWERS. 5*. If you are reading this review then you must take my words VERY seriously. If you want a magnificent shower and After Sales Service that is quite simply the BEST you will ever experience then you must simply look no where else other than MERLYN Showers. There have been two incidents (my fault) where I needed parts and AIDAN in Customer Services was truly magical. No charge. No cost. Free. I cannot and I mean cannot express how impressed I am with Aidan and MERLYN showers. Thank you. 10/10 + 5*

My Merlyn shower enclosure was grinding to a halt after 22 years of use ! I went to Chadwicks Plumb Centre where I had purchased my Merlyn Shower enclosure and asked a very helpful guy called Maciej(Matt) would I be able to get spare parts for same & he took my details and said he would contact Merlyn Showers for me !
I was delighted to receive the spare parts ( seals & double rollers) for my shower doors sent to me by Patrick from Merlyn Showers .
I fitted the new parts and my Merlyn Shower is as good as new once more !
Merlyn Showers are very sturdy and reliable and the follow up service for spare parts is second to none !

Great service. I needed a part for an old shower door, and they very kindly shipped out the part to me for free. Very helpful and friendly service.

Expecting a replacement part number for a sealer plastic for a shower door so I could buy one, they generously offered to send me one free of charge. 3 days later I received a package with… 2 replacements. Thanks Andrew and the team to prove there still is customer service out there. 👍

Our shower door shattered and Andrew Kehoe ar Merlyn arranged for a complimentary replacement to be delivered asap. Possibly the best customer care response I have ever had.

My Series 8 Merlyn shower quadrant enclosure is 16 years old.
Parts were requested, identified and arrived from Ireland in two working days to the UK.
Brilliant service and attention.

Emailed for replacement parts on my +10 year old merlyn shower cubicle. Answered promptly and parts dispatched same day, free of charge despite cubicle being discontinued still providing support! Thanks Patrick!

Excellent customer service and prompt delivery. We have had our merlyn shower door for over 10 years and there was a problem with the fittings. We were unable to refit the replacements so when we called Merlyn they offered a new door free of charge and was delivered within 48 hours. Best customer service we have ever experienced. We would recommend Merlyn 100%.

I contacted Merlyn in relation to a leaking shower which had been fitted in Feb 2022. I was dealt with by Paul of the Technical Customer Support team. He asked for details of the problem (photos and shower cubicle type) and sent me a diagram of shower parts so that I could identify the seal that was needed. He then quickly dispatched me 2x seals for my shower, free of charge. Paul was very helpful, polite, and professional throughout our email exchanges. He represented the company very well.
