It’s working well. Nice panoramic view. The plastic didn’t come off and go back on real easy. Talk to Audi and see if they have a mirror that snaps off.

An overall great camera but lacking key elements. The product shipped very fast to the US and travelled through Amazon's shipping so it was here in just a couple days. The product was well packaged and the build quality and cameras used were high quality. However I found some key elements that make this camera inferior to the likes of Pelsee and Wolfbox. First, the settings are very simple, and the functions don't expand beyond a basic dash cam. For the price, the competition has Blind Spot Detection and ADAS. Despite STARVIS2 sensors the rear is noticeably lower quality than the front and does suffer from orbs and glare, though less than most. The mirror itself could stand to be more reflective as a standalone mirror to be safer. I live in a very cold climate and the mirror visibly glitches and struggles on boot up when in low temps, its only done this one other time while driving which required me to restart the unit.

Lastly, is support. The Mercylion customer support did answer quickly and offered a fraction of the cost of the mirror refund, but would not allow a full return. They are also borderline spamming me by sending 4 requests to review the product.

Would I recommend this Mercylion dash cam? Despite being a great camera, I would consider it overpriced when compared to the competition.

I first tried to install a FitcamX on my 2026 Toyota Sienna, but the cam cover didn't fit at all. I finally realized that one of the locking clips wasn't in the same place as the Sienna one. I then returned it and ordered a Mercylion using their online picture to compare with my genuine cover. The locking clips were in the right place. I installed the dashcam, front and back, with no trouble. I use Luckycam App and am happy with everything.

The Mercilion G137 was a pleasant surprise: the whole installation took around 10 minutes, with most of the time spent reinstalling the protective cover. The GPS module hides neatly in the same compartment, avoiding any cable routing. The setup is simple, and the video quality is impressively clear.

Nice camera

This is a great product, just one thing that I wish they had done. When the memory card gets full it starts beeping and drives you nuts. They should have done a first in first out so you don't have to pull the card and reformat the card.

Fantastic communication from the time of order, until the unit was received. Followed up to make sure that I was going to receive exactly what I needed. Excellent customer service!

I've ordered a G59-2 Dashcam 4K front / 2k rear from Mercylion for my VW Touran (2024)
After confirming with Mercylion with photos of my rain sensor the Dashcams arrived rather fast within a week to switzerland. Installing the dashcam with the provided youtube videos was possible for me. The videos were easy to understand.
After installing the front dashcam, my car mechanic wired the cable for the read dashcam to the trunk, but unfortunately the cable was a little bit to short.
After contacting Mercylion's customer service they first offered me a longer cable for the rear dashcam, but since I spent quite a lot money on the car mechanic's work to wire the cable through the car, I asked if its possible to do a 50 cm custom extension cable. They forwarded my request to their team to evaluate if its possible to make such a custom cable and after a few days they confirmed, that it's possible and they would send me the extension cable free of charge. I must say I was impressed of the good customer service.
The dashcam works exactly as I expected it to work and the video feed is great. So being happy with the dashcams and the customer service i'll give Mercylion a 5-star rating. Thanks!

Great product and the seller is helpful when I have questions during installation

I installed it in my 2023 mazda cx5 and you can't even notice it very well hidden and from out side of car with
Factory tint windows can't even see the camera lens. Has good pictures

I got a dash cam for a Honda and it came with the perfect mold under the rear view mirror. About 8 months into it something went wrong with the camera and would keep rebooting. I reached out to Mercylion and they were so helpful and after troubleshooting, they realized that the camera was faulty and they sent me a new camera. They really helped me out with the issue.

So far, so good! Excellent customer service from the Mercylion team. They communicate well and have assisted me promptly with getting the right dashcam for my Audi, which is now on its way. I read all the excellent reviews on Trustpilot, except the 1 who clearly didn't read what EVERYONE else has said about Mercylion's products and service. The only 1 star review on the site...strange that! If Mercylion do what the review unfairly accuses them of, then I expect EVERYONE else who purchases from them would provide a 1 star review too, but no other.

I first considered purchasing a device from Mercylion in December 2024. I reached out with questions about the brand as it was new to me and I got a great response. I ended up making the purchase in Jan 2025 over CNY. I bought a full camera and display set for my motorbike.

It came as expected, exactly as shown on their site. I had to make a minor cabling adjustment to be able to install it on my bike and we were ready to go! The device worked well for a few weeks and then one component started malfunctioning and I reached out for support. I was met with a friendly approach and they offered to send a replacement straight away. The replacement component similarly lasted a few weeks and then malfunctioned. I reached out again and was met again with a friendly response and we agreed the device may have some defect. They took the device off their website so others couldn’t buy and send me a different model to try (again free). This one is working much better no issues!

Overall top notch company, minus 1 star for some hassle but I would recommend
