After nearly 8 years as a paying subscriber, I questioned Merch Informer’s sluggish updates and years-old content. Their response? Cancel my account in retaliation. Stay classy.

Highly inaccurate results—this site seems completely fabricated. The ‘trending’ items are the same as they were 11 months ago, which feels suspicious. On top of that, they don’t offer refunds, so you’re stuck wasting your money. Avoid this site at all costs. It’s disappointing to see YouTubers promoting what appears to be a scam. If any creators you follow are advertising this company, consider unsubscribing and reporting their content for supporting fraudulent practices.
Do not create an account under any circumstances because you will never receive an invoice from them by e-mail or information why you have not logged in to this account for years until they clear all funds on your credit card, which is required to test the system.
One of the worst SCAMS out there. They charged my card for the second time without my consent. After repeated emails asking them to remove my bank details from their platform - my bank details are still there. I am calling my bank right now to block any future transactions from this fraudulent company called MERCH INFORMER - pure 100% SCAM!! Stay away from them!!!
I was stolen from this site without my knowledge, beware of inserting your card, they will steal you I do not know how to delete my information from this site
They really steal money from your credicard Stay out don't even try the free trial period Don't know how they do it but they take your money without warning Big SCAM
I contacted them but they won't pay my money back.
Will try it with a lawyer this week
SCAM - they have been taking money out of my account without me knowing for 20 months!!!!!! Scum of the earth
Should be shut down for fraud. Don't give them your credit card number.
SCAMMERS ALERT!. After you enter your credit card to try the 3 day free trial, they won't provide you with the option to cancel your subscription or delete your Credit card info! Bunch of Thieves!.
Stay away from this shi*y website.
Don't ever use your credit card
They will keep charging you even if you want to cancel your subscription.
No way to cancel your subscription!!
I wish I could give them 0 stars. They get you with the 3 day free trial and once you enter your information they’ll charge you and continue charging you. I didn’t even realize my account was active because they never sent any emails with invoices or cancellation confirmation. When I contacted them, they said that there was no cancellation on file even though I’m 100% sure I cancelled I just never got a confirmation email. I tried cancelling again and it was the same thing—no confirmation email and no way to prove that it was cancelled other than whatever shows in their system. You can’t even remove your credit card so that they can stop charging you. Don’t waste your time with this company.
A lot of searches are not correct! I'm starting to think this was a scam. Unsubscribed!!!!!!!!
Not recommended. The website is very slow it takes about 1 minute to load or it doesn't. Their SUI automation is slow and has many errors. 1 of the Errors it uploads files into the website, when the website is not ready within 10 seconds it re uploads the file and that counts towards your daily limit of uploads. Their support is basically incapable of answering any question you might ask. The site is not optimized every research takes about a minute to load while other website like merch report gives you information within seconds.
Avoid entering any kind of credit card information. The promised "cancel anytime" does not exist. You'll be stuck with it having to go through the support. If you want to check their services, use a virtual card that you can cancel to avoid being charged. I'm very happy that I did not use my card info, but I do get spammed by an email every 3 days saying my payment failed (gladly).
STAY AWAY SCAMMMMM!!!, i've registered and realise quickly not useful so decide to cancel by fulfill form on their website and after 2 weeks no reply, decided to send a mail, guess what GHOST, i'll asked ' refund, the lies coz they clearly told "we'll send you before end of trial mail to notifie you" but nothing. I hate theses type of companies taking money & never take care, is it profesionnal?
Love Merch Informer. A great tool for doing niche research in the Print on Demand industry.
Not sure how anyone can call it a scam, since it's a research tool you subscribe to. If you don't use it, cancel your subscription... 🤦
