SCAMMERS/DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM

I ordered 2 items. 1 came late and to the wrong address. The other never came. I have been requesting a refund for over 3 months, but still have not gotten it. All I have gotten is excuses, such as their refund portal error issue has not been resolved (for 3 months!). There is no phone # to call customer service, and all the responses I receive are bogus AI generated responses. So frustrating! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!
