Lovely informative tours, our tour guide Linda was awesome today :)

Jack was our guide for the Haunted Underground tour. It was a fun tour and enjoyed the stories

We had the best tour guide for Edinburgh Castle and Royal Mile on 3 4 25. We could not have had a better guide than Veni. She was very professional and informative. Definitely recommend her and her team.

Fantastic tour! Something we will never forget. Linda was exceptional in her passion and knowledge of the city and its underground history.

Our tour guide Shannon turned multiple historical and spooky facts into impressive and creepy stories. Her way of storytelling made the tour even creepier than it already was. Incredibly interesting and fun! Big shout out to Shannon for making it this exciting!

Just did the witches tour with Linda. Superb commentary with lots of historical facts. Visited lots of hidden places but not a lot of walking. Filled the full 1.5 hours but the time went very quickly. Thoroughly recommend.

Rachel was an incredible tour guide with lots of energy and passion! Highly recommend. Also doing this to get uncursed.

Michael was a lot of fun as he escorted us through some seriously creepy terrain and left no gory detail untold. He is a wonderful story teller and I highly recommend.

This place was absolutely rude and unprofessional. They get business frequently yet do not accommodate to tourists who have issues with wifi. We book an 2000hr tour but when we arrived, we were told it was a tour at 1830hrs. The confirmation email came through blank because of the lack of internet and so we had nothing to back our claims. The worker offered a tour for the following day but we would be leaving too early for any of tgeir tours and requested a refund. Their policies as they stated allowed refunds within 24hrs yet the manager, Jonathan, was very rude and unprofessional in denying us one. I am absolutely disappointed and would NEVER recommend anyone to this company ever again. Despicable!

Our guide, Fay, did a fine job, working with poor materials. The history lesson was great, but the vaults were little more underground storage and literally the least interesting cellars you are ever likely to experience. Most of the stories were conjecture about what might have happened down there-- maybe. Aside from a plastic skeleton, no bones, no bodies, no graves and most disappointing no scares. Apart from the price.

As a tourleader I have been to 6 different tours of the South Bridge valults and I have to say that the tour with Veni as a guide through the underground is far the best one of them all. You spend almost an hour underground (we went 9 meters deep to rock bottom. And got all the info about the story of the bridge and the people occupying the rooms. They also offer Ghost tours where there is more spooky storys about the people not getting out alive in the old days.
I can Only give Veni and the tours 5 stars here, But if I could give it 10 stars it would have gotten them.

Very recommendable if you’re looking for a guided tour in Edinburgh

Had a lovely tour around the Royal Mile and vaults. Tour was a Historic Underground. Our tour guide made us and our group feel welcome from the first minute until the last. would definitely recommend.

Had a great tour, Linda made the whole experience very entertaining and informative. I would highly recommend this tour!

Had a great day out on the ghostly tour with fantastic guide Mark. Lots of ghost stories. Highly recommended for something different to do in Edinburgh.

What an amazing experience! Our tour guide Sara was brilliant and sucked us all in with her stories, she fully committed to her role. We had a great time and the underground vaults are well worth doing!
A fantastic way to spend an hour in Edinburgh. We did it for a hen party and all the girls loved it.
