The worst return service ever!!!! They did not respond to my email that I wanted to return the jacket and do not offer to print a return label. Thus, you need to fully pay for the return yourself... once I sent my package for 30€, it supposedly arrived to late to be accepted for the return (2 weeks after! From international)! And I did not get any money back nor any refund for the „failed shipping“ - really would not recommend anyone buying there if you aren’t 100% sure the item fits!

Took an order then told me it wasn’t available and gave me a discount code as compensation that doesn’t work and have not responded to emails.

Great products. Sadly Meotine use UPS who are the worst delivery company operating in the U.K. still waiting for my order even though UPS promised it yesterday.

They really gave me a horrible experience. First I ordered the charlie jacket in the color «sand», as I did i saw the sample sales, where they had the same jacket much cheaper. A few days later, I received an email saying that they didn’t have the jacket after all (sample sale), but they gave me 25% off on my next purchase, wich I found nice. I then went on and ordered the Charlie jacket in the color sand. Days went on, and all i had received was a confirmation of the order. I sent over an email asking about tracking or any information. The next week i receive a new email from customer-service, they didn’t have the charlie jacket in the color sand after all, but they could send me either black or army. I replied that i could accept it, if I could pay less. No answer. A day or to later, i got an email, I was pretty suprised, because they had the color after all.... today, Five days later, I finally got the package! I sat down, opened the package and all I could feel is dissapointment. They sent me the jacket in the color «Camel», which I did not want at all. I send over an email with the package-note saying i ordered «sand» an the tag on the jacket confirming the color is «Camel», asking how we should sort this out. The reply leaves me speachless. They say nothing is done wrongfully from their side....

What a perfect transaction. Great price, super quick shipping. I received the item within 3 days of my order and I am located in the USA. When receiving the jacket I was very happy with the quality. Bought a jacket 1 and half weeks ago. Wrote an email 3 days after, asking when will my order be sent out. Got an answer back quickly that I will receive my order latest on Friday, so 7 days after the order was placed. Its now day 12 days later, no order, no answers. Really dissapointing.

I bought a jacket ths winter, and when I got it it was ripped entirely inside the one arm. I contacted customer service and they said they would refund 50% of the price, while it has been half a year, 25 e-mails and still nothing. Now they have stopped replying. Would definetly not recommend this site.

I placed and paid an order online on Dec 12th 2017, I am trying to get an order confirmation and trackingno. from Meotine. No respond what so ever. I am also trying to call them, no answer. No answer by email, no answer online Messages. REALLY WORRIED its a fraud...
