I have ordered a dining table which is now over 10 days late. They do not reply to my emails to their contact email address. I am stuck because I do not know what to do

At 4th January bought a chair. Never arrived. After several e-mails Ivwas told that I'll have a refund. Today: 8th October, still waiting for the refund.

Efficienza

I ordered a bed 180cm x 200m.
The bed looks nice, but can not be used because the internal frame that was delivered was for a smaller bed (160cm x 200 cm) thus we can not finish the installation and we need to sleep on the floor and have a bed half assembled in our room. I contacted the support by email (only way for Italy) twice. They respond they need pictures but I had already attach pictures and then they do not respond anymore. I try to re-attach the picture to open a new support case but the response it is always the same.

I bought on 31/10/2024. the delivery date keep delay and delay. So I decide to cancel the order and ask them refund the money to me. The funny thing start. First they refuse refund the money. after i insist. they agree to fund back to my credit card as what i paid. But that's big lie. nothing happened. I already report the police this is a cheating website and financial department. They will start to investigate their p.iva authenticity.

Waiting over 500 days for a refund.
This company is fraudulent and I would not buy anything from them.
Customer service sends generic replies and is probably not a real person.

We still haven’t received our sofa after waiting 3 months

I am very content with the quality and also the response of customer service (to the limit that they were able to respond regarding my question of material and regarding shipping). The product is as pictured, and looks very nice in my house. Thank you.
NB, it would be nice to improve the tracking system.

My purchase order came a little bit ith defct that is been from shipment, but why i can give the Menzo 5 star as when i wrote them they already took action and they help me. Good conversation good help and can say the best customer care

The table we received was poor quality. We were told we would get a full refund. We received a confirmation that they received the table and that we would get a full refund. That was 6 months ago. We contact them every day and they keep saying we will get a refund, but we have received nothing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!

We have not received the goods, nor have we received a refund. Menzzo has blamed the carrier and taken no personal responsibility. I am shocked that Menzzo did not send us a second shipment of the goods and take up the issue of non-delivery (of which Menzzo is aware and has confirmed) with the carrier directly.

A complete SCAM!
Avoid this website. They take your money and never deliver the goods or return the money.
The "customer support" is incompetent, unmotivated and, based on the value of the emails they send, can be replaced by monkey.
Save your money and mood by not buying anything from this scam operation.

Nobody is responding to my emails - returned item with the courier as I received it damaged (even box was open).

Thieves and racists against Italians, the goods always arrive broken, with missing pieces, or not in accordance with the order made. It is a shop that will close soon.

I ordered a headboard for my home in France and had it delivered there. When I unwrapped it, it was broken in several places. Contacted the company along with photos, at which point they gave me a telephone appointment...was unable to speak to anyone in person. The appointment was for the following week even though they wanted to be notified of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. They did not call me on the appointment date. Had to ring them and they would not pick up the phone. When I finally got in touch with someone, they offered me 60 Euros to keep the headboard which had cost me 250 Euros. Insane! If you buy from the beware! Recommend unwrapping the goods before the driver leaves. It is going to be a battle getting my money back as I declined their offer. Why would I want to keep a broken piece of furniture and be out of pocket and only end up with 60 Euros? They are a very dishonest company, hard to contact, and have very little customer support. Avoid them like the plague even though their products look very nice. Many other honest and reputable companies out there with very nice products. Stick to them. MENZZO=NIGHTMARE!!

Worse customer service ever. They charged me 367€ on 15/12. After waiting for the product to be delivered, Order 14000048232, no-one responds to me to the email on the website and I cannot contact them by phone. Beware of this company! As far as I am concerned, it is pure theft!
