Therapists seem rushed, and the platform lacks essential features like better scheduling tools. Disappointed.

The one-on-one therapy sessions are incredible, and my therapist is compassionate and understanding. Scheduling is so convenient too.
My teenager son was comfortable with the therapist, but their behavior changes were minimal. An average service.

The therapist was nice and professional, but our conversations felt surface-level at times, and I didn’t feel like I made as much progress as I had hoped. It was convenient to have the sessions online, and the price was reasonable, but I’m not sure I got the long-term support I needed.
