This business uses incredibly deceptive and dishonorable tactics in their check-out flow. You take the test and then must sign-up for a $19.99/month subscription to get the results; okay fine, but then the really scammy part is that as you continue clicking through the checkout flow, they start offering you additional tests that are confusingly presented, but are effectively add-ons. I was disinterested in these, so clicked the "CONTINUE" button (as in, "continue with my original purchase, I'm not interested in these) - but then they immediately charge you for the add-ons! I was quite literally intending to do the opposite, to decline them! I wrote in for a refund, and they refused to grant it. Incredibly scammy business.
