Ordered on 25 July still waiting delivery After rapid response from MP they resent the order and was delivered next day fault is with Royal Mail who admitted they have lost the package

Everyday for and I rank 6 times every day for a week I been ringing you never get the right person to speak to I placed a order and got the wrong thing not very happy but am waiting for someone high in the company to speak to me but guess what no one wants to speak but this I won’t let lay as I report it to a higher department to deal with all I get is there was a problem with the computer well it’s a problem with a person what they feed into it
And plus emails I sent I can’t count that it’s just a joke
They think they can fob me off well that they will not do and I just say ho we contact you ya that’s a joke I had to ring back to speak with someone to see what the next step will be
I will never buy another thing from them
And I will say if you use them just check first
