I would like to thank Mens Health Clinic for getting my confidence back especially i would like to thank Emma Calder my Performance Manager for listening to me and sending my medication on time and always keeping in touch with me if I have any problems. Our sincere apologies for the slight delay whilst we have had various team members off on annual leave etc. We have indeed been investigating this matter and it appears that the correct procedure was followed. Unfortunately we are unable to book in patients for treatment with all this entails including processing fees, administration charges and cover the doctors fees free of charge. If this was our business model, we would literally not be in business respectfully. Nevertheless we wish to discuss this with you as we have a suggestion which we feel might help. The representatives from this company all lie. This is just a scam to take your money. I enrolled a year ago in June and have been having issues with delivery and effectiveness of this product. We are in April now and I have only received 5 deliveries so far. Now my representative does not answer my calls or emails. I'm out $2800, don't do the same mistake I made.

tried various drugs to improve my…
I had tried various drugs to improve my erection strength but as time went by they weren’t working as well as I would have hoped. I contacted MHC who turned out to be very professional and supportive. I am in my 70’s now and sex is not as often as when I was a young lad. MHC’s treatment has been a godsend, my erections and confidence are now much improved. It is rather on the expensive side ,but I have found it well worthwhile.

The challenge is whereas many other clinics offer 'pill mill' off the shelf type generic services, Men's Health Clinic is very different because we customise each formula which is tailored to the individual. Many men feedback to us that because of this we often are able to help even the most complicated cases enjoy great sex once again as many of our customer reviews confirm. However, our bespoke approach does cost a little more - although to reclaim manhood and enjoy a much more rewarding bedroom experience, men tell us it is worth every penny. At first
At first, I was skeptical about this at first but let me tell you it's been an amazing journey over the last 3 years. Once the doctors worked through the medication adjustment it's truly been amazing. I literally went from 0 to a 9/10 in most areas. Strength, duration through the roof. I'm very happy with the results I found with Men Health Clinic. The doctors, coaches the entire team will work with you to ensure your progress exceeds your expectations. Life was passing me by, couldn't keep a woman happy and the mental anguish as a result feeling like a failure. I've since remarried and my wife begs to stop taking the meds.
Thank You Men's Health Clinic for giving me my life back.

Misleading “tailored” PE treatment and poor aftercare
In my experience, Men’s Health Clinic sold PE treatment to me as a “tailored formulation”, but what I was actually prescribed was paroxetine (an SSRI) together with black maca and P5P. People should understand that SSRIs like paroxetine are generally used to manage PE symptoms while you are taking them — they are not a permanent fix. Once you come off them, the underlying issue can return, so this is important context for anyone considering paying significant amounts for this type of treatment.
I was kept on escalating doses for a prolonged period, eventually reaching a very high dose, and I do not believe the risks and side effects were properly monitored or explained. Over time I experienced significant issues including raised blood pressure, headaches, weight gain, sleep disruption, withdrawal symptoms, and sexual side effects including difficulty climaxing and problems maintaining an erection. I have since needed GP treatment, cardiology investigations and have made a formal complaint.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic. If anyone is considering treatment and wants to understand my experience in more detail, feel free to get in touch and I would be happy to discuss it.
My reply to MHC response to my feedback:
I stand by my review and my experience as a patient. My concerns relate to prolonged high-dose paroxetine prescribing, inadequate monitoring, significant side effects, withdrawal issues, and the broader impact on my health. I have now raised this matter formally with the Care Quality Commission. Unfortunately, I did not appreciate before treatment that your business had not yet been inspected by CQC. I will not be debating the full detail publicly, but I am happy to discuss my experience privately with anyone considering treatment.

Dear Mr Butt - As you will be aware, we have already conducted an in depth investigation into your medical records about this matter. Whilst many of our patients feedback to us regularly that they enjoy long-term, often life-changing results and report that following initial treatment with MHC, they no longer require our services which we are always pleased to hear - of course there are other patients who require treatment over longer periods, or they may have other complicated medical challenges that dictate to enjoy ongoing top quality sexual performance, their health profile may require them to remain on the treatment for much longer periods. For example, we have patients who have been with MHC for years because their health profile requires them to be. You will note from thousands of patient reviews which we have received over the past 13 years, that every patients journey is so different to the next, and whilst our clinic provides the utmost care and support, unfortunately we do not have a magic wand and therefore would NEVER guarantee results. It was noted from your initial commencement of treatment on 6/11/23 that the doctor provided you with advice about potential side effects and confirmed that MHC would be in regular contact to monitor your progress and feedback to him, which we did/attempted every month, including multiple consults with the doctor. Following our investigation and advice, we are satisfied that we upheld our commitment every step of the way, and whilst you 'hoped' we held the holy grail to your unfortunate medical condition, it was not appropriate to expect us to work miracles, as much as we would have loved to. It was only after 7 months that you complained of a minor constipation side effect and it was yourself who decided to renew treatment for a further 12 months with medical notes confirming were extremely satisfied. Your patient care continued without complaint until more recently, and based on the notes provided by the doctor, MHC conducted itself compliantly in accordance with CQC obligations - and therefore under the guidance of legal and insurance advice - we are unable to accept liability. The consulting doctor no longer works for MHC although we have maintained communication with him to ensure we were across your complaint. Upon his departure we immediately placed you with another practitioner whose notes demonstrate that no further issues were raised at this consultation. Furthermore, we are advised that the original MHC doctor has offered to continue care should you choose to accept and is sorry that you were dissatisfied with his advice and support. Many thanks. MHC
