Was honestly such a joy to speak with Jane today. Jane has such a lovely friendly manner that i instantly felt comfortable sharing my thoughts with her. In fact it felt like I was chatting to one of my besties. Jane put me quickly at ease and provided me with some really helpful information. I really felt listened to and it was nice being able to share my thoughts. Jane is passionate about her work and it showed. I really felt she cares deeply about helping other woman.

Attended one online appointment, received one prescription which was paid for, and I never heard from them again, until today, over 6 months later, when they debited £178 from my account! Absolutely disgusting, they have never followed up, never provided any more prescriptions, advice or any kind of service whatsoever!

I had a menopause consultation with Dr Melissa Rasouli and can’t recommend her highly enough. She listened properly, was compassionate and non-judgemental, and took my concerns seriously. After years of being dismissed and treated as “just anxiety/depression,” it was a huge relief to finally be heard and offered appropriate support. I’ve since recommended her to colleagues, friends and family. Thank you, Dr Rasouli x

I made an appointment to see Dr Nicola Stewart today after realising in my 60’s that I needed helpful advice with my menopausal symptoms. She was very knowledgeable, thorough, considerate, kind and truly helpful; guiding me through the options for HRT. I have hypothyroidism and went through much heartache over 2 years, both in the NHS, and private clinics, getting a diagnosis.
I am looking forward to starting the treatment as soon as possible, and feel confident I am in the right hands.

After struggling for years following surgical menopause, I honestly can’t recommend Menopause Care highly enough.
My GP was out of their depth, and four years post-op my cancer consultant was no longer available for ongoing support. I was struggling with symptoms, decision fatigue, and a real sense of being left to figure things out alone. Finding a private specialist who truly understood surgical menopause, alongside the wider context of my life — including nutrition, exercise, and long-term wellbeing — was a turning point.
I was able to choose a consultant with the right expertise and get an appointment quickly. There are also a range of payment plans, which made accessing care feel realistic and manageable rather than overwhelming.
My consultant was compassionate, knowledgeable, and refreshingly honest. She was clear that we would need to give treatments time to work and adjust along the way, rather than expecting an instant fix. Over nine months and three appointments, we refined my treatment plan, and the medication I’m now on has made a noticeable, positive difference to both my symptoms and my quality of life.
What really sets Menopause Care apart is the whole-person approach. My consultant supported me in accessing additional investigations such as a DEXA scan and wellbeing blood tests, things she knows should be monitored in an ideal world. With that guidance, I was able to approach my GP and coordinate these through the usual NHS pathways.
I’ve recommended Menopause Care to countless friends and colleagues already, and I’m certain I’ll return as my needs change over time. A huge thank you to my consultant, and also to the admin support team, who are always quick, responsive, and helpful with any queries.
If you’re feeling stuck, unheard, or unsupported with menopause care, this service is genuinely life-changing.

Menopause Care are absolutely fantastic. From initial booking to my regular appointments with Dr Cawley, the service has been outstanding. I feel listened to, understood and that help is available. Dr Cawley is kind and compassionate, a pleasure to speak to. My appointments never feel rushed. I’ve managed to get an appointment at short notice when required and medication advice for a surgery between appointments. I would recommend this service to anyone who is able to access it. It’s has helped me a great deal.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Amy Lewis. She was incredibly compassionate, patient, and understanding, and she truly took the time to listen to me. She clearly explained what I’m experiencing and reassured me that my symptoms are normal and that I hadn't lost the plot and gone bonkers!
Dr. Amy Lewis also provided a thorough explanation of what HRT is, how it works, and the different options available. She outlined the approach she felt would be best for me personally and recommended what we should try first.
I left the appointment feeling informed, supported, and hopeful about getting back to feeling like myself again. I’m very grateful for her care.
