Avoid This Company – Unauthorised Charges & Terrible Service
I had an extremely poor experience with Mars Men and strongly recommend others steer clear.
I placed a single order on 25/03/26, in which arrived on 15/04/26 and literary 8 days later I’m charged for a second order that I never placed and without any authorisation. This was taken directly from my bank account with no consent.
When I contacted the company, their response was completely unacceptable casual, dismissive, and offering no real solution. Instead of addressing the unauthorised charge, they told me the order had already been shipped and directed me to a returns portal, as if that resolves money being taken without permission.
To make matters worse, communication has been slow and unhelpful, with delays of days between replies and no urgency shown at all.
I’ve now had to escalate this through my bank as a fraud claim just to try and recover my money.
This experience shows:
Unauthorised billing practices
Poor customer service
Lack of accountability
Slow and ineffective communication
I will never purchase from this company again and will be warning others to avoid them. Proceed with extreme caution.

I get why you’re upset. If you placed one order and then saw another charge hit your account eight days later, that’s a bad experience. We own that.
I do want to be clear on one point. Our checkout does offer both a subscription option and a one time purchase option. We do not add a subscription without a selection at checkout. That said, if that was not clear in the buying experience, or it felt misleading once the second order hit, that’s on us to tighten up.
Where we clearly missed was the response after. Slow replies, no real urgency, and pushing you into a return flow when you were questioning the charge in the first place is not how this should have been handled.

I think it's probably a good product but my situation I'm not able to take it being I only have one kidney so the product it calls me a lot of back pain which in term would be kidney pain so sorry.

Been using this daily for a few weeks now and I’ve noticed a few things stacking up. Energy is more stable, workouts feel smoother, and I’m not as drained after long days. The unexpected part was libido improving gradually as well. Nothing crazy, just noticeable. feels like everything is more balanced.

This company is trash. They signed me up to a subscription and kept charging me even though I never signed up and told them to stop charging me. The only reason they stopped is because I cancelled the card I used for my initial purchase. Mars men, you are garbage.

They seem to really do as advertised. Been almost a month now. Fat is down, recovery from workouts seems faster, and I have nice clean energy all day. No jittery bs like other supplements and no crash, just consistent energy and more than enough after a days work to get solid workouts in. For the first time im satisfied completely with a supplement

I am currently a customer... Total mixed bag. Mostly horrible
I am currently a customer. I have found the product itself to be really quite good. Personally, my body has responded as claimed and I am feeling much better that before.
Quality of product... 10 / 10.
All that having been said, I cannot in good conscience recommend the company.
AI generated chat and e-mail "support" is beyond abysmal. over 6 months my e-mail response time is averaging 6 days. Promises made by supposed e-mail support have been completely ignored. 5 out of 6 months of deliveries have failed to happen, again as " promised ". by the time they giet the deliveries sorted out and resent I've been without my paid for product for as long as 21 days. Yes, really.
The e-mail responses begin and end with scripted ( and blatantly silly ) verbiage that that entirely misses the subject at hand.
I have insisted several times to speak to an actual human being, preferably someone in their shipping department and have been utterly ignored.
The " customer support " is without a doubt the absolute worst I've ever encountered in my 69 years.
Yet, I'm still putting up with it... why?
The product, at least for me, does what they claim it will do. With that piece of the equation I am very satisfied.
I genuinely think they know their system is horrible, but simply don't care. My decision to stay or bail is about 30 days form now.

If the product is delivering but the support and shipping experience keeps failing, that’s on us. Five out of six deliveries missing the mark, long response times, canned replies, and no real human follow-through is not acceptable. Especially not when you’ve stayed patient for six months.
