Official Complaint Regarding Request Delay, Poor Support Service, and Funds Being Held
I uploaded the request to the server, and the expected processing time was supposed to be between one hour and twelve hours. I asked for assistance from support while the request was under review, but until now the request has been delayed, which embarrassed me with the client. I contacted support, but they still have not responded. The customer support service is extremely poor, as they do not reply. I believe it is better not to deal with this server. I have lost my money, and it is still being held on their server.
I will wait, but if they do not respond, I will report their WhatsApp number to WhatsApp as a company, and I will also report the hosting provider about this fraudulent activity so that they can block this site. In addition, I will contact the DHRU FUSION team that provides the interface to this site and request that they block it due to fraud. This matter will not end until I recover my money from this site. Furthermore, if this server is a reseller with other providers such as tools, I will report it to those providers as well. I will track all the tools where they are listed as an authorized reseller and notify them so they can block it.
