I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of work and the professionalism! I had been using a local company for "aide de menage" before, and now I wonder why I didn't change years ago! My apartment hasn't been this clean in ages! And the person who came is very sympathetic - she answered any questions I had and explained things clearly. Very professional. The service provided from this company varies hugely. I had to change between several cleaning agents to found one providing a good quality cleaning. Once this was settled the cleaning agent quit and this happened twice already.... 200% satisfaction is very far from what they can provide !!

After your concerns with her replacement, we found another cleaner that satisfied you fully. Unfortunately this last cleaner had an issue with her permit and is not allowed to work in Switzerland for the time being.
Since you did not wish to have a further replacement, we agreed to help your cleaner get back her permit so that you can resume your services.
We understand that changing so many cleaners in such short period of times is frustrating, and is indeed quite unusual in the company. We hope that with our work we can provide you quickly with the solution you wished for.

The guaranteed cleaning service for inspection turned out to be non-guaranteed, and all the company had been doing is looking for excuses, and even the basics like cleaning had been done properly. Most interestingly, the company tried to charge me more for further cleaning.

thank you for your comment. We are really sorry to hear about your disappointing experience. As you know, we remain available to do our best to solve this situation.
On the 11th of December you called our company in order to receive a quote for a guaranteed end of lease cleaning on the following day. During this call, it was confirmed that:
- the apartment is just a small studio
- it will be completely empty of items and furniture at the moment of the cleaning
- it has been cleaned in the 30 days before the service.
Unfortunately, when your 2 cleaners arrived at your place, the apartment was still completely full of things, and even the windows could be barely cleaned as they were "buried" behind items and suitcases. Supporting picture are in your file.
Since you were slowly emptying the apartment using public transportation, we offered, for a small fee, to have a cleaner with a car come and help you completely empty the apartment quickly, so that the other cleaners in the apartment could perform well their work. After you refused the help of a cleaner for relocating your remaining belongings. we informed you very clearly that it was not going to be possible to finish the job in the time that was quoted the previous day.
As you can imagine, it takes much much longer to clean, for example, a cupboard full of things, than an empty one. An empty cupboard can be cleaned directly, while a full one needs first to be emptied (while cleaning the stuff inside), then cleaned and then refilled.
If we were informed the previous day that the apartment was going to be full, we would have quoted you accordingly and we would have been able to give to your claners enough time to finish the service, of course for a higher price. Unfortunately, we could not reach an agreement on this, but we remain available to solve this situation with you.

I paid for a full “fin de bail” service for peace of mind at the end of my lease and had no problems with the regie as a consequence. This is well worth the extra money if you have a difficult regie - and who doesn't in Geneva?
I had one issue with a mistake in the cleaning advice that was sent before the clean, which led to me needing to replace a filter. The MenageSimple team were responsive however and eventually covering the cost of replacement. I really appreciated this commitment to doing the right thing, and think it is relatively rare - most companies would try to help only up to the limits of their RC.

Excellent service: we have used the cleaning services from MenageSimple for two times and we have always been very happy with the service quality, punctuality and customer care services as well starting from the booking till the completion of the cleaning. The mobile app and website are nicely designed and easy to use.
