I came across Memorial Stationery online, and saw the opportunity to keep costs down by designing an Order of Service myself. There were very many suitable designs. Unfortunately, I could not quite navigate the system as well as I would like. Hence, having put together the best draft I could, I called and dealt with Chris. From first contact to delivering the OOS he was excellent, with a calming, professional and reliable approach. He helped with the final design and the finished product was delivered promptly. It can be a stressful time whereby you need all the funeral arrangements to come together, and the receipt of the OOS makes it very real that you are almost there. Chris was outstanding and did everything that he promised. The finished product was better than expected and had very positive comments from the invited family and friends. I was a bit concerned whether we would get our picture in time. I called the company to check and was reassured after speaking with a very helpful young man. I sent the order which was processed straight away - not only did I receive it 2 days early but the quality was superb.

The whole process, from using the online editor to design the Order of Service for my mums funeral, to contacting customer service with a query was excellent.

The only reason I contacted customer service was because I could not get the editor to work with Chrome. It turned out to be a problem with my version of Chrome as Firefox worked fine. But I have to say, I left a message with my problem and they rang me back within 10mins. Polite, very friendly, and extremely helpful - say no more.

Ordered 10am on the 11th Jan 2023 - printed and delivered 2pm the next day, and extremely well packaged.

Could not believe the quality of the print work - great colours and very sharp detailed printing. The card itself was excellent quality and had been prefolded to an excellent standard.

I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending their service to anyone.

We used Memorial Stationery recently to create an order of service for a funeral and the customer service was five star hence the rating! Website enabled you to create your own or use their own designer. I spoke with Chris on the phone who was very helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble. The quality of the product was exquisite and very well done. Would highly recommend for any stationery.
