Poor Client Communication

The surveys are well constructed, thorough and allow you to provide good feedback and opinions. The product testing is interesting and fun.
Be warned that the rewards you earn will expire, however, unlike other research sites, Pinecone Research don't give you any warning or reminders that they are due to expire. I have just had £33 worth of rewards lost due to this. So if you want to save up your reward points to get a better reward (like I had planned) you will lose your hard earned points with no recourse.
