In comparing old records to present records after purchasing, this property was listed as having 0.61 acres on realtor sites, when in fact, it was only 0.5 acres. Still, there is no good answer as to the discrepancy in lot size by anyone including legal team at closing. This still asks the question of where did the discrepancy of 0.61 vs 0.5 acre lot(s) originate?

The information provided allowed me to make contact by mail, while other sites only had the owners names and disconnected cell numbers.

The property report appears to be accurate and complete. Accessing the report was straight-forward and easy to do.

WELL, THERE WAS ALOT MORE INFO THAN I REALLY WANTED. BUT REALLY LIKED IT ALL WAS IN GOOD TASTE AND VERY GOOD INFO FOR EACH AND EVERY SECTIONS THAT THERE WAS. YOU CAN SEE THAT THERE WAS ALOT OF TIME TOO FIGURE OUT HOW TO LAY IT OUT. JUST VERRY PLEASED THANK YOU

Report was very detailed and easy to obtain. There were a number of inaccuracies which if correct would have earned 5 stars.

Upon first visit, all information provided was given in an easy-to-read/use format that was also very easy to finally get in-hand. Just straight forward and, again, easy to use site and information looks to be correct. Graphics/photos are clear and useful.
