Very good experience. After I placed my order on 26/09 Meltcloud contacted me next day because one item was out of stock. They replaced the item with a similar one which was slightly more expensive but I was not charged for the increase in price. I received my order today after last weeks 2 day postal strike! Good communication, quick efficient service and items well packed!
