We purchased a mattress

We purchased a mattress, but within a week, we discovered it wasn’t suitable for our needs. The measurements were inaccurate, resulting in a gap between the mattress and the bed frame. Despite reaching out to customer service via email twice, we never received a response. Consequently, we have filed a fair trade application.

Never buy from them

Never buy from them. Poor customer service and company policies. We purchased a bed through one of their resellers. We lost the remote to the bed frame. I asked if i could buy a replacement, and their answer was no! If you have the receipt they will give you "one" free remote, but they wont sell one to you. I guess they want you to buy a new frame.
Second, we called them numerous times and could never get ahold of someone. Finally I tried the chat and spoke to Mila. She said she was a manager, but anyone who cant help a customer is not a manager. Why would someone piss off a customer over a remote? We will never buy from them again. Any company that is this silly and creates poor policies that do not support good customer service is a company you should not buy from. I promise you this is just the tip of the poor service iceburg.
What happens if I break the remote they give me if I find the receipt. Well they only give one replacement which means after one replacement you are out of luck. That is crazy! Poor Poor customer service.
