Buyer beward, do not shop at this awful company

I ordered product two weeks before going away and paid for 3-5 shipping, more than enough time. A week went by and nothing got shipped so I emailed. They responded saying my order had been lost and would need to be looked into. Since then I have emailed SEVEN more times and not heard a word from them. I had to pay $100 from another site to rush deliver what I needed for my trip and the product that I ordered from mellodaily is useless as it was specifically for my trip. Their customer service is atrocious and no one will ever respond to you. I would steer clear of this website that clearly doesn't take care of it's customers and is more concerned with taking your money and never getting back to you.
