I happened to choose Malbour beds in an instant, the website is good with the information and offers free fabric samples so you are sure with the right colour shade. I still like real advice for online purchases so the communication on whatsapp acted as great customer service to answer all my questions. We got 20% off for the mattress and 10% off for the bed and the order did not keep us waiting. We recieved the delivery in just a few days, really impressed with how well it was packaged and the quality exceeded to exceptional followed by an easy assemble by simply scanning the QR code for step by step instructions. I had popped out to the shops, and when I was back, to my surprise the bed was already set up in just a couple of hours!

I recently bought the Melbour Platinum 3500 Pocket Mattress and honestly, it’s been one of the best purchases I’ve made for my home. The comfort level is outstanding — supportive where it needs to be, but still soft enough to feel luxurious.
The 3500 pocket springs make a massive difference. You can really feel the individual support, especially around the hips and shoulders. It keeps my spine aligned and I wake up without any aches or stiffness. Motion transfer is minimal too, so if you share the bed, you won’t feel every little movement.
The mattress feels premium from edge to edge, with solid support even when sitting on the side. It has that hotel-quality feel — firm but comfortable — and it just feels well made.
Sleep quality has genuinely improved since switching to this mattress. Deeper sleep, less tossing and turning, and waking up properly rested.
Highly recommend the Melbour Platinum 3500 if you’re looking for comfort, support, and proper value for money. Worth every penny.

We recently got 4 beds and from A to Z the service was outstanding. We were given advice and recommendations based on our needs and our rooms. Everything was taken into consideration. Their service was brilliant, the craftsmanship on the beds is excellent and the delivery and setup was seamless. The team are extremely professional, polite and go above and beyond for their customers.
