Their products are excellent, but the web site is borderline fraudulent in function.. There is NO order review and NO final submit button or function.

I had a 6 item order in the cart and got to the payment section when I realized I wanted an additional product. I looked for a 'back' button, couldn't find it, so I hit the browser's back button and did the additional shopping. When I added the item I saw that the cart was empty.

I thought the site had abandoned my cart so I re-filled the cart and finished the order process.

About 15 minutes later I received an email confirming the 'abandoned' cart order was processed, and a second email for my desired order. I immediately sent an email to their customer support explaining why I needed to cancel the first order and keep the second one.

The next day, the company wrote back and said that "once an order is placed it cannot be canceled." What? !
Be very careful on this unforgiving web site.
Having said that, there are a handful of sauces that are must-haves in our kitchen!!

Looks like the reviews on their website are heavily "moderated". Red flag in my book. Contacted customer service with a question. Never heard back from them.
PS: No one in my family liked anything I purchased from Melindas (ketchups, bbq, hot sauce)

First off, customer service is phenomenal. Secondly, their hot sauces have made my life worthy of living. Seriously they make some of the best hot sauces I've ever had. I can eat any kind of beans, grains, & veggies as long as I got my Melinda's! Flavor profiles are fantastic. Highly recommend 👏
