No phone number, took my $, never shipped the product, no tracking number. Some some digital tracking no. which means nothimg. Totally dodgy and stay away!

I would give them zero stars if I could
I would give them zero stars if I could. Absolutely disgraceful service. Will not accept any responsibility for a product that took almost 2 months to be completed after original purchase and are trying to blame everyone else in order to get out of having to compensate us accordingly. Never ever ever buy from their online store. Horrendous customer service. Some of the worst I've ever experienced.

I have purchased a bedframe from Melbournians furniture recently. The bed frame is very cheap and reliable.
I was being so confused about the quality of the bedframe but the guy explained me very clearly and made me understood about the strength of the bed frame. It's been weeks I'm using it and it seems perfect. I'm really very happy with it. Paras
