No recommendation to collab with them
I worked as a model for the company, and while communication initially went very smoothly and everything seemed professional, the actual working days at Melagence turned out to be quite chaotic. We were often required to work longer hours than originally agreed upon (something that can occasionally happen, of course) but after speaking with other models, it seems this is a recurring issue.
The real problem, however, is that I am still waiting to be paid for my work. Despite following up multiple times, I’ve either been ignored or given vague reassurances. At this point, I’ve been left completely in the dark for several days, which feels incredibly unprofessional.
To make matters worse, no proper contracts were ever issued, leaving me in a very vulnerable position. I also couldn’t help but notice how some of the employees were openly complaining about and speaking disrespectfully of the manager (Mela) — not exactly a sign of a healthy or well-run working environment.
Overall, this experience has left me with the impression that the company operates in a disorganized and unreliable manner, and I would strongly caution others to think twice before collaborating with them under similar conditions.
