There isn't a Mejuri store in the city where I live (Dallas). So, if I'm in a city that has one I always go in and get something for myself to remember the trip. My experience in Chicago was the worst Mejuri experience I've ever had. The employees were perfectly nice they just didn't seem like they wanted to help. I wanted a ring that turned out not to be in stock in any size. They wouldn't ask if they could sell me the floor model. They wouldn't check other stores for inventory. They just said, it's sold out. I asked why it was still out for trying on and they didn't really have an answer. When I left I couldn't stop thinking about the ring so I contacted customer service. After weeks of being bounced around with no answers...and no ring...I gave up. Only one or two other times have I had to deal with customer service and it was so easy and fast. Something seems to have changed because the quality of service has gone down. I eventually bought the ring 3 sizes too big from the website and paid over $100 to have it sized down. The thing that bothers me about that is knowing that there were two rings in my size at stores and they wouldn't tell me which ones so that I could see if I knew someone in that city to pick iti up for me.

Quality is consistent bought here before. Very affordable. The customer service was exceptional . All coming back here for other jewelry

The service is in the store is always wonderful. However, I was exchanging a chain that broke 3 times for another which just broke after wearing it for only 3 weeks. Very disappointed in the quality of these gold chains.

I always know I can find well-made, quality jewelry pieces at Merjuri. They are lovely gifts and personal pieces. The website is informative and provides much additional information if needed. On the single occasion I needed to contact customer service, I had prompt and appropriate support and my question was answered quickly.

I love my necklace. Very delicate but beautiful. Shipping was super fast (couldn’t believe I got it in time for Mother’s Day!).

The experience and interaction in store is good.overall design of the jewelry is cool and modern. I would still be a customer if it wasn’t for the the bad quality of the clasps on your bracelets and necklaces. I have lost 3 total so I can’t waste my money anymore

Excellent t quality and customer service

I was looking for a small gold heart necklace but when I saw this pave diamond one I just had to have it. It’s beautiful and delicate and the length is adjustable which is so useful for wearing with different chains and outfits. The quality is really good (as per usual with Mejuri jewellery) and I’ve received quite a few compliments. It’s my favourite necklace!
