Stay away from this company

I strongly recommend to stay away from this company. We made an order, my wife paid for it with a direct bank transfer, but they couldn't recognize the payment and returned the money (it returned in a month) What did they do next? Instead of sending emails or calling, they sent me a paper letter that they are going to the court because we don't pay for the order. As I've been abroad I didn't receive anything and when I got back a message from a collector agency was waiting for me that I owe 3 times more, lol. It took me quite some time to sort this out.
